At FishingTemple, we value your satisfaction and want every customer to be fully happy with their purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy for eligible items, subject to the conditions below.

This policy applies to all products purchased directly through www.fishingtemple.shop.

2. Eligibility for Refund or Exchange

To qualify for a return, refund, or exchange:

  • The request must be made within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories included.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation email) is required.

⚠️ Non-returnable items include:

3. Return Process

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and the shipping address for the return.

4. Return Shipping

  • We do not accept C.O.D. (collect-on-delivery) packages.

If a defective or incorrect item was sent, FishingTemple will cover return shipping costs and issue a replacement or full refund.

5. Restocking Fee

A 25% restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns to cover inspection, repackaging, and handling.

6. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • You will receive an email confirming the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If your return is rejected (e.g., item used or damaged), it will be shipped back at your expense.

7. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color (if available).
To request an exchange:

8. Order Cancellations

Orders that have already shipped must follow the return process above once received.

9. Damaged or Defective Products
