All transactions are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise.

2. Secure Payment Processing

Your security is our priority.

  • All transactions are encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology.

  • FishingTemple does not store your complete payment information.

  • Payments are processed through trusted and PCI-DSS compliant gateways such as Shopify Payments and PayPal.

If our system detects any unusual activity or possible fraud, we may verify your identity before processing the order or cancel the transaction for security reasons.

3. Payment Authorization

Once you place an order:

  • Your payment method is authorized immediately but charged only when the order is confirmed.

  • If an item is out of stock or unavailable, we will notify you and issue a full refund for that item.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once payment has been successfully processed.

4. Currency and Conversion Fees

All prices on FishingTemple.shop are displayed in CAD (Canadian Dollars).
If you’re ordering from another country:

  • Your card issuer or bank may apply currency conversion fees or international transaction charges.

  • FishingTemple is not responsible for any additional fees imposed by your financial institution.

If your payment is declined or unsuccessful:

  • Please ensure your billing information matches the details on your card or account.

  • Try another payment method.

FishingTemple is not liable for any delays caused by payment authorization or verification issues.

8. Refunds and Chargebacks

Refunds are processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card provider (typically 3–10 business days).

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes will be investigated. Fraudulent disputes may lead to suspension or blocking of your FishingTemple account.

9. Promotional Codes and Discounts

From time to time, we may offer discount codes, gift cards, or promotional offers.

  • These cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

  • They must be applied before completing checkout.

  • Expired or invalid codes will not be honored.
